Customer Care at its best! I can't say enough about the customer care received at Northland. Had some minor issues with our Jetta, all the issues were taken care of. and on top I can't say enough about the customer care received at Northland. Had some minor issues with our Jetta, all the issues were taken care of. and on top of that they offered a loaner car and performed a free oil change without me even asking. Say what you may about some Volkswagens, but as long as that level of customer service continues, we will continue purchasing cars from these guys. More

My New Tiguan Last week my 2004 Passat had a “Car”diac arrest on a busy downtown road. While I managed to drive it to the dealership, it was clear my car was not w Last week my 2004 Passat had a “Car”diac arrest on a busy downtown road. While I managed to drive it to the dealership, it was clear my car was not well. With the prompt assistance from Jesse in the service department and the combined efforts of the service team, we determined it was time to let go of my Passat. Friday we spent much of the day test driving used VW’s with Matt. Matt displayed solid product knowledge about the different cars we tested. It was clear that the Tiguan was to be our next long term car. Matt not only made sure we could drive the car off the lot the same day, but made an appointment for the Tiguan to have the detailing done this week. It was a pleasure to pick up “Tiggy” today and know that all the minor issues were resolved. Our only complaint was that while VW’s detail team did a good job with the outside of the car, the same attention to detail was not paid to on the inside...obvious spills from the previous owner were missed. Overall, we are very happy with our new car and look forward to the adventures with Tiggy. More
