My first connection regarding a new car was online to Carmen Huber who was very patient and helpful and answered all the questions I had at the time. When I came into the dealership to test drive some vehicles Carmen wasn't around so I did the drives with Jason Hofer - he was excellent on the test drive and handled virtually every question (I had a lot because I'd been driving another Golf since 2003) I threw at him. After finding out that stock was so limited (1 left!) on the Volksfest eligible model that we wanted, I decided to buy that day. Jason did a great job on leading me through the sale and getting me prepped to move on to the finance group at the dealership where I would mostly work with Jared Boyce. Jared was super friendly and likable and was excellent at explaining to me all of the options available to us on our new vehicle and really putting into context the benefits of each. I told him he did an excellent job as I don't think people get told enough when they do something really well. When we finished the deal on pickup day he was respectful of our time constraints and helped us get through all that needed to be done in a timely manner. Finally, I had one phone interaction with Manou - she was also friendly and helpful so really rounded out our overall experience with Northland. That's about it - our second (2003, 2016) good experience at Northland Volkswagen. If you come to buy a car there and cross paths with the people I've mentioned you'll leave happy! More

Excellent no pressure sales We had previously owned a VW. We bought it else where in 2008. The experience we had buying our new VW at Northland was 100% better. We were made to feel like they actually appreciated out business and did all they could to make sure we found the right vehicle for us. We met with Jamie 3 or 4 times before we actually settled on a vehicle. He was so great. We never felt pressured to buy. We had several test drives with him and the knowledge he has about the vehicles us outstanding. When we picked up our chosen vehicle the fellow that showed us how everything worked was outstanding as well. He gave us a thorough overview of our vehicle. We've owned higher end vehicles before and were never shown how to use even 1/4 of what our Mercedes could do. More

I personally have owned many new vehicles and I can truly say that this dealership has a high standard from beginning to end. Often when you purchase a vehicle the service department is terrible,but at northland VW it is the opposite and you are treated well by all of the staff starting with Darren,Oliver and Ivan the service manager truly excellent service through and through.Thats why I will be back to purchase many more vehicles in the future. We were able to make an appointment to look at the car immediately, looked at the car and put a deposit down on the brand new car. It was only 2 days later that we were getting to know our new car, and driving it away. The whole experience was very pleasant and friendly. I did however advise the person who did take my request for the appointment that the salesman responsible for selling me the car earlier this year should be notified for the proposed service, since it was him who agreed to charge me nothing for this service as part of the adjusted price. The online booking was smooth and easy to complete. Dan Weber handled our file, explained all aspects of the work required and carried out on the vehicle. We are from out of town and Dan promised the vehicle would be ready at a specified time. He called us at exactly that time to confirm the work was complete and the vehicle was ready for pick-up.
