The people make a difference ( we all know the product is great! ) Car shopping is never easy, and when stressed about a previous (non VW) car ( and another dealership) that has failed you it can be worse. Coming to NorthLand was a really good experience in making a bad situation a whole lot better. From the first call to the Service Dept, to the meeting with Sales, more communication with Service, finalizing with Sales, questions for Part, working with Finance, a car demo on delivery and a congratulations from Management. Kudos. The way that all the components of this dealership came together to make sure I received the information I needed and the best possible product for my money was amazing to experience.
