There is absolutely no pressure, no sales pitch, nothing except a genuine wish to help find you what you're looking for--and help you to really consider what that is. I'd gone in firmly committed to replacing my original Jetta, which was lost in a head-on collision (after first saving my life, according to Firefighters on scene),, But after spending almost the entire day with Harsha (who very tactfully took me first to a church parking lot for my first time driving after the crash.. ..around and around...and around ..the lot)...and gradually venturing out in the big world onto Crowchild Tr : ) (so, 'therapy included'!) At any rate...after having had all that time to think, and to consider every possibility and combination, I decided what I really needed at this point was something more compact etc. Remarkably, he did not once weigh in on this choice (Golf) turbo until after I'd decided--and I appreciate this even more in retrospect. I don't have adequate words at the moment to express this-- but will give it a try-- not only is Harsha a first class agent, but an outstanding human being. He would be an asset anywhere, and humanize any corporate environment. That said--the whole atmosphere here is pretty wonderful to start with, from sales ( Harsha, Alanna, Ron) to finance (Trevor, Manou). Thank you all for making this such a good experience. More

Very Friendly, Honest and No Pressure Sales Approach My partner and I recently purchased a 2016 demo model Golf GTI from Harsha Bhatnagar at Northland Volkswagen. We really enjoyed dealing with Harsha. My partner and I recently purchased a 2016 demo model Golf GTI from Harsha Bhatnagar at Northland Volkswagen. We really enjoyed dealing with Harsha. He was friendly, listened to our list of wants and needs in a car, and didn't put any pressure on us to make a quick buying decision. He took us out on test drives of two vehicles and when we expressed our interests in a GTI but our concerns with the price of the 2017 models he pointed out that the dealership still have 2 2016 demo models on the lot, which the dealership was very motivated to sell so if we were interested in one of those cars they could probably offer us a very good deal. We were impressed with the price reduction they offered on the demo models and decided to purchase one of them. We couldn't have had a more pleasant experience all in all and are thrilled with the car. Would definitely recommend the dealership and Harsha to friends and family looking for a car. More

First Vehicle Service This was the first time that I had our 2016 Toureg in for service. By the time we were done, we had not quite identified the issues, but he came up with a suggestion that might improve things which it has.
