Unbelievable help My husband bought me a new VW Dune to celebrate my retirement this summer. I called Oliver at Northland and he was lightening fast at finding a specialist to fix my rim at Northland. Also Dan Weber was and outstanding Service Advisor. He was thoughtful and I immediately had a high level of trust that he would definitely get my Dune rims back to perfection... Lastly, Ian the shuttle drive was wonderful.. He has an awesome sense of humour. He made the commute to Northland a treat. My Dune is now perfect again :) More

The tech determined what the problem was and presented my options to get the problem repaired. All the service advisors (in this instance Dale) on staff are most helpful and pleasant to deal with.
