mike was a dream to work with! Came in on his day off to help me! Very accommodating. Gained my trust easily and worked hard to find me the right vehicle. Told me that pressure is sometimes needed and that their job was to sell cars. I was buying this car! we were off in price by 250$. We had hardly even started negotiations, I am baffled That a sales manager (who should know better) would take over an easy sale and destroy it! I have worked in sales and customer service for most of my life, I can't imagine someone trying to spend $20,000 in my store and treat them so poorly then be given a chance to smooth things over and fumble on that too!....crazy!.....walked away empty handed. I bought my Titan around the end of October 2013. Up until I had gone to Northland Nissan, my experience at other dealerships had been a nightmare. I had gone almost everywhere in Prince George in search of the perfect truck. I was met with attitude and disrespect from multiple sales reps across Prince George. That all changed When I met Zachary at Northland Nissan. He did something that all others had failed to do, and that's just simply listen. I told him about my previous experiences at the other dealerships, what I wanted, and what I wanted to pay. In no time he had a vehicle that fit the description. When he could see that there were things I did not like. He would talk to me about what Nissan could do to make it right. Instead of trying to get me to just accept it and rush the sale. In the end, I was more than happy. I ended up with the truck that I wanted, the right colour, perfect amount of km's and was able to get a 6" Pro Comp Lift Installed, leaving my waranty still intact. None of this would have ever been possible if it weren't for Zachary's outstanding interpersonal skills and his ability to go above and beyond what could ever be expected.
