Service Dept I needed a block heater put in my daughters pathfinder. It was going to cost over $500 and Shawn Tyacke Jr talked to the mechanic and they were able to do it for under $400. Shawn was an awesome guy to deal with. Kelowna Nissan wouldn't do it and it wasn't a problem here in Prince George. I will continue to use this Nissan dealership for all my future repairs, oil changes. Jordan the driver was such a nice young man. So easy to talk to and so friendly. Northland Nissan should be proud to have such a group of nice people working for them. More

In my experience it tends to be that you get one or the other: Gruff but knowledgable or really friendly but ultimately 'unable to find the issue'. That this dealership has both puts me at peace when I drive my car. They also seem to not be in it for the money. They give you a report but don't coerce you to get work done at all, it is entirely up to you. It's a bit more pricey, as are all dealerships, but in my mind it's worth the money for peace of mind. More

Both Shawn Sr. and Lucas Cyr were courteous, prompt and well informed. They took the time to introduce us to other departments of Northland Nissan, and welcomed us as part of the "Nissan Family". All employees that we met were very friendly which made us feel comfortable with our decision to buy Nissan. Great in person service The service department customer service is amazing when you're at the dealership. However, it is often very hard to get a hold of them. For my most The service department customer service is amazing when you're at the dealership. However, it is often very hard to get a hold of them. For my most recent service I was able to book an appointment, but when I phoned to see if I could change the time, no one answered the phone the two times I phoned. Then while I was waiting at the mall for the service to be completed, I phoned to get picked up and no one in the service department picked up the phone again and I had to hang up and call back and relay my request through the receptionist. My driver was very entertaining and friendly and when we noticed my car wasn't washed yet, he rushed off to wash it up for me. The customer service is truly amazing, but they really do need some help with the phones. More

Purchased went smooth and they got me the car and made effort even though the distance was far away. At the date of pickup Ty went through the car top to bottom so I was familiar with it. More
