Good Experience Friendly, positive attitude. My car only needed an oil change, but Lisa went over the recommendations and priorities that arose as a result of the in Friendly, positive attitude. Bad Experience The worst dealership i ever dealt with. They lied to me about the finance rate and i was not able to return the car after i found out about the chang The worst dealership i ever dealt with. They lied to me about the finance rate and i was not able to return the car after i found out about the change. I will never buy a brand new car again, I will never buy a Nissan again or ever go to a Nissan dealership again thanks to the experience i had at Northland Nissan. Avoid Northland Nissan and the other two Northland dealerships in town, I hear nothing but bad things about them. If you want a good experience and a decent veichle then go to Prince George Toyota or 5th & Carney Subaru, the only two dealerships in town that have a good reputation. Thank You Nissan for making my first brand new car purchase a "wonderful" experience More

We needed to upgrade to a larger vehicle now that our family is growing and we like to go camping (you can't fit all the required camping gear in a ve We needed to upgrade to a larger vehicle now that our family is growing and we like to go camping (you can't fit all the required camping gear in a versa along with all the required baby gear). We decided to go with a Rogue, and so far its exceeded all my expectations. My experience with Nissan is always great, they are kind and knowledgeable when it comes to dealing with finance companies and always seem to be able to jump through magical mystical hoops that show up out of nowhere. I don't know Lisa personally, but I sure feel like she's a friend. She is ALWAYS welcoming. It is a good place to go to. Shawn Jr. is always on his game, he is always pleasant and professional. Shawn is a pleasure to do business with. I feel so welcome when I come to Northland Nissan. The people that are chosen for courtesy drivers are polite and articulate. I believe we had Jamie today, he was great, too! More
