Great Service I brought in my Nissan for and engine light concern. I had done my research so just wanted to go for a quick drive to make sure I was making the best decision for my family. Ty Tralnberg got the paperwork done quickly, retrieved the Rogue I wanted and I was driving off the lot within 15 minutes. After a 15 minute test drive I knew the Nissan Rogue was what I was looking for. Shawn Tyacke, the assistant sales manager, and Ty were so helpful and at no time did they pressure me. I live a hour and 15 minutes away from the dealership and would have to return the next day to purchase the vehicle. With no hesitation Shawn offered me a gas card to cover my gas to return next day. I would recommend anyone looking for a new vehicle to go in and see Ty and Shawn. More

Service Dept I needed a block heater put in my daughters pathfinder. It was going to cost over $500 and Shawn Tyacke Jr talked to the mechanic and they were able t I needed a block heater put in my daughters pathfinder. Kelowna Nissan wouldn't do it and it wasn't a problem here in Prince George. I will continue to use this Nissan dealership for all my future repairs, oil changes. That this dealership has both puts me at peace when I drive my car. They also seem to not be in it for the money. They give you a report but don't coerce you to get work done at all, it is entirely up to you. It's a bit more pricey, as are all dealerships, but in my mind it's worth the money for peace of mind.
