My pathfinder was in the dealerships at three different times to fix a noise coming from the dashboard a year after I bought it. The noise would go away for a bit but kept coming back. It’s still an issue but they said it has been looked at so they were not going to do anything about it though I have the extended warranty until 2026. If I still wanted it to be looked at it I had to pay for it. Never going to buy a Nissan vehicle again More

Dealing with the Service Department is always a positive experience. During this visit I was pleased to get a break on two areas of the bill ,due to an e-coupon, that i was not expecting. Took advantage o experience. During this visit I was pleased to get a break on two areas of the bill ,due to an e-coupon, that i was not expecting. Took advantage of the shuttle service to take me home and pick me up when work was done. As always they give the vehicle a wash and clean the floor mats. More
As a new Nissan owner I have had nothing but very positive experiences so far. The service department has been very helpful in dealing with a couple of small issues I have encountered.
