The check engine light came on a few days after I got my car and Zach made sure to get it taken car of. Everyone was great. Kyle in finance was also super friendly and very patient. I had my two young kids with me when I was signing the papers and they were getting restless and demanding my attention and Kyle was so patient. He was really great. Overall I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend Zach and Northland Nissan. More

Awesome experience for a "first time buyer" I was nervous walking on the lot with my son, I didn't want to "deal" with a pushy salesperson. I hadnt bought a new vehicle in 30 years and at that t I was nervous walking on the lot with my son, I didn't want to "deal" with a pushy salesperson. I hadnt bought a new vehicle in 30 years and at that time my husband did the talking. I was met by Lucas, he was very personable and professional. I was put at ease right away and took a test drive in a Qashqai (I was nervous and hope I didn't scare him too much) and was very impressed with his knowledge of the vehicle and the Qashqai itself. Kyle, who has a great attitude and lots of patience, walked me through the financing and everything went smoothly. I could not have asked for a better experience overall! More
