Every time i bring my pathfinder in for service it is a lot of unknown. They don’t communicate well, and they often leave things to the end of the day. My air conditioning was shot, it was the third time m lot of unknown. They don’t communicate well, and they often leave things to the end of the day. My air conditioning was shot, it was the third time my car had needed services for a/c, (new compressor put in 9-10 months prior by the way.) They said they fixed it, 5 minutes before closing. Got into my car with 2 small children and it was not working. It was 33 degrees celsius and we needed to drive 2 hours home. We went back in and i said it was not working, and they said well you must need a new a/c compressor. In summary, we just had a new a/c compressor installed, and then fixed by them 10 months ago. (I question if it ever worked as it was winter soon after it was fixed.) It took all day for them to fix and they knew we were from out of town. It took them 3 hours of paid time to try and fix it and fail with no communication to us until we finally called and asked at 2pm. At the end of the day, we had to drive 2 hours home in a hot car with 2 small kids in it! No empathy or anything. Just an oh well, i guess you need a new compressor. How does that take so long to diagnose! Absolutely will not be going back unless there is some sort of rebate for my a/c getting fixed. More

No one in town had opening for several days and our binder insurance was set to expire. We decided to stop by Northland Nissan just to inquire. We were very pleasantly surprised how Lisa accommodated us by squeezing the inspection in a very busy schedule at the shop. It was completed before end of the day. This beats all our past experiences at this dealership. We are now convinced that our long-term relationship with Nissan clearly is valued as demonstrated by this gesture of loyalty. More
