Darren was very helpful in my decision to buy a 2nd truck for the household. He is always quick to respond to texts and phone calls, and would provide me with pictures and info. for the times that I couldn't come in. He also always kept in touch and let me know when there were new changes to inventory, etc. Steve has helped me a lot in the past with parts, and he was excellent as usual. RJ was also very helpful in the purchase process and after the sale as well. Overall, I would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone, and I have been a regular customer for the past two years for parts and service. Awesome My husband and I went into northland about a month ago to look into options for a truck it didn't work out at that time. She contacted us a few weeks later and said she had some for us to look at. Within 24 hrs we test drove the truck and signed the paperwork. My truck had broken down and had been purchased from another dealership in Vancouver. I need my truck for my job so it was imperative I get up and running quickly. Marylene dealt with the other dealership who was being very uncooperative and made sure they were staying on top of things. She also secured me a loaner truck that met my needs without any griping or fight back. She was incredibly polite, thorough, helpful and understanding through what could have been a horrible process. Exceptional Service...above and beyond I just want to send the biggest thank you to Geno for his exceptional hard work. My circumstances were a little more difficult than just a trade in. I just want to send the biggest thank you to Geno for his exceptional hard work. My circumstances were a little more difficult than just a trade in. I bought my first new to me car from Northland Dodge. The idea was to build credit and then trade in, in a couple of years. I started speaking to Geno about 3 months ago to see what we could do to get me into a brand new vehicle at a better rate, also so that I could have something with warranty and worry free driving. This fella worked for me for 3 months. Unfortunately he was not able to find me anything within his dealership... so even though he had to send me to another dealership (with no compensation) in order to get me into a new vehicle, he did just that!!!! I would recommend Geno most definitely if your looking to get a new vehicle. Nothing is ever impossible and have patience. So a great big thank you GENO!! :) More
