Very good customer service. I took my jeep in for servicing as it was making a lot of noise. He advised me that I was probably right with what I was thinking and that it should be covered under warranty. During the appointment, they ran a courtesy inspection and found a couple other problems that needed attention. Due to my budget right now I requested that a list be made for me so that I could do the repairs/replacements as I could afford. Mike printed me a list of what needed to be done as well as the prices for each service. I highly recommend that anyone looking for servicing through dodge, go talk to Mike! He was very knowledgeable and professional! Also, while I was waiting for my jeep to be serviced, Kal and Scott set me up with a vehicle to use for the day so I was not without wheels. Great customer service! More

Very Good Dealership! Very friendly and Helpful Staff! Last week (April 29th 2016) I was in Prince George just for the day. I decided to just go to the dodge dealership because I prefer dodge! I was just looking around and a very nice salesman approached me and asked if I needed help with anything. I explained to him I was looking for a used car and just wanted to know my options here. The first question he asked me was what price range I was looking for. That was a home run because I went there hoping I could find a vehicle between $200-$250 bi-weekly. The sales man (Ward Walker) took me over to a used 2014 dodge dart sxt. beautiful car, plus the sunroof was an added bonus! He told me features about the car and also he made me laugh when he pointed at the trunk button and said this is to open your fuel cap. Being a smart *!* I am I said no ahha its the trunk. We took it for a test drive and I fell in love with it right away. For only being 19 and just building my credit, I got approved for this car! Made me so happy! The only downside to this dealership is how long we were waiting and sitting at the dealership... that to me was not very good. (Went there at 12:15 and left at 3 to get stuff done then had to finally go back at 4:30 to pick up the car and didn't actually leave until 6:30. I loved having ICBC there on site.. very helpful. But what im disappointed about is that with every purchase of a car I guess we are supposed to be getting a gift.. I never got one :( .. but other then that.. loved everything! outstanding service I broke down passing through Prince George. Parts were not available and I needed to get on the road. The service department was fully booked but so I broke down passing through Prince George. Parts were not available and I needed to get on the road. The service department was fully booked but somehow they managed to get me in to bypass the problem and get me back on the road. Awesome service and assistance was provided by Mike Vandenbrink. He was able to show us a stunning car that exceeded our expectations, and although it was significantly out of our price range, he made it so that it was affordable (great deals I must add!). There were a minor problems at first with missing equipment, but Carson maintained contact with us over the upcoming weeks to ensure we are happy with our purchase. I trust that in the future, all my vehicle needs would certainly be worked through with Carson. More

Having previously purchased a Dodge from a large dealership in Maple Ridge. I must say this experience was a thousand times better. My wife and I will only be using Northland from here in, for all future purchases. Pricing was fair. Negotiations were handled promptly. The facility was very nice. Overall 5 star experience.
