There were specific things we were looking for in a vehicle and Kody ensured that the additional options were included in the purchase and arranged for installation after the fact. Kody was professional, courteous, and did everything he could to make sure we were comfortable and satisfied with our purchase (which we are!). Happy with my Dodge Journey purchase Ward Walker was very helpful in getting the car ready for a test drive and also showing us some other alternatives. Terrace Family We drove our Hybrid Chrysler Aspen for 6 hours from Terrace to Northland Chrysler in Prince George without turning off the engine as we were worried t We drove our Hybrid Chrysler Aspen for 6 hours from Terrace to Northland Chrysler in Prince George without turning off the engine as we were worried that it will stall on us again as it did a few times for the last few days. After they've checked the Aspen, we had a very good conversation with Geno and Rod and we had to make a decision either to keep the vehicle or trade it in. So we decided to trade the Aspen and we were very pleased with our new 2016 Red Journey. A week later, we went back again to Northland Chrysler in Prince George to trade in our 2013 White Ram 1500 to a 2016 Red Ram 1500. The drive from Terrace to Prince George was worth it because everyone we dealt with at Northland Chrysler were very accommodating, courteous, and wonderful in their chosen profession. From the start of looking and choosing the right vehicle to processing the ownership and insurance papers, you will feel confident and trust them as they show how wonderful and excellent they executed their job. I would highly recommend Geno Dlouhy, Rod Fish and Grahame Wyatt to anyone looking for a vehicle. More
