Buying a different vehicle can be a very stressful time for a senior, and Will did his best to make sure the process was as comfortable and stress free as possible. Once the decision was made on the right vehicle we moved upstairs to the finance office, where Jason Ruffell was nothing short of amazing. My grandmother is very hard of hearing, and Jason took his time to explain all the details of what was included with the new vehicle. At no time did we feel rushed or pressured into anything. The next time I am in the market for a vehicle, new or used, I would not hesitate to deal with Will and Jason. I will be recommending Northland to everybody I know, specifically Will and Jason. Great job guys! More

Awful experience I bought a m vehicle that got delivered stained, dirty and a rock chip in the windshield. My salesman said he was going to fix things, but hasn't spoken to me in a month. He has the worst customer service I have ever witnessed in my life!!! I have called northland twice now and talked to the sales manager and still haven't received the call back. Beyond disappointed. More

I'm thinking we overpaid for the truck about 6-8k I've just done some general looking around on line and such as well as chatted with a couple of the Grande Prairie and Reddeer dodge lots. I was lead to believe that final price downstairs was final price? I won't mak that mistake again!! All in all this was a good buying experience except they don't offer much in regards to shwag!!!.. The little promotional items such as hats and t-shirts are a must in the sales game!! Haha!! More
First time bought two vehicles at once. Kerry and Carole Was not expecting to buy a new vehicle, and bought 2. WOW. I was towed in from out of town. I live 12 hours away from Prince Georg Kerry and Carole Was not expecting to buy a new vehicle, and bought 2. WOW. I was towed in from out of town. I live 12 hours away from Prince George. They could not fix my 2002 Chrysler Intrepid, which we new could happen. James Cannon was very helpful, can't thank him enough for making everything run so smooth to get me back on the road. As I was still 12 hours away from home . James offered me the promotion of buying 2 vehicles , at first thought hmm. But when thought about it I was very grateful he asked because my husband now has a new Dodge Ram. My husband has never had a new truck before. Plus they are driving his new vehicle all the way from Prince George to Silverton 12 hours. That's great service. Just want to thank Jarrett Payne for his great knowledge and information in the Finance department. Also a BIG THANK YOU to Kyle Bachman in Management for giving us the BEST deal ever. We are very grateful. More
