Anthony made all of our wishes come true when it came to the purchase of our new vehicle. Even though it took us over three month to finally sign on the dotted line Anthony never bugged and whenever we had any requests he worked on them right away. We finally bought a 2016 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk. We are super happy with our purchase and would recommend going to Northland Dodge and dealing with Anthony for anyone. More

Great first experience! Never bought a new vehicle before, thought it would be too expensive. With the financing incentives, discounts, options and Tyler and JP working their magic until almost 8pm we were able to get out of our mile'd out 2005 Grand Caravan and in to a new one with very decent options for less than the payments we were were making on the 2005! I know it sounds like a big deal all over a Caravan but it was huge to us and were treated like we were buying fully loaded Challenger! Very good experience and will consider coming to Northland first next time and skipping the used car xx all together. Thanks again guys! More

2016 Dodge Ram Purchase Review I met Tyler Miller randomly at a gas station while admiring a truck he was fueling up. I asked if he had just bought it, but no he had just sold it and was fueling it up for a customer. I told him I was looking at these kind of trucks and had an offer on the table but they would not accept my trade due to too enough wear and tare over the 5.5 years I owned it. Tyler did a quick inspection of my truck as I finished fueling it up. He said he could likely accept the trade and would go back to his office crunch some numbers and make me an offer on a new 3500 laramie and of course using my trade in. He did just that and within 2 hours I had an offer by cell phone text, which I promptly rejected thinking my trade had more value. He came back with a better offer, and it was a serious offer, not a window dressed primary offer you often get. I really respected that, I knew he wouldn't waste my time and I also knew he was squeezing tight on his end which I thought worked better for me. I weighed it out for several more days and evaluated the deal, then I responded with an acceptance knowing I would not find better, and the project was now within my comfort range. Throughout the time I took to assess the deal, Tyler was persistent and kept in touch but I did not feel pressured, he seemed to be able to project himself well to where my position was and seemed to be respectful of my judgement as a small business owner needing to justify expenses with income and ROI. As for the dealer the business of day seemed to value winning over a local customer which I thought suitable. My bottom line is buying local is better...but the reality is "money talks" today. These fellas at Northland this time offered the best of both worlds to me, I had the option to buy local because I found no better deal on this truck throughout the rest of BC and Alberta (I was originally turned off by the sticker price!). Tyler had a strong willingness to deal and at the end of the day this is why I said yes. And its a beautiful truck, I'm very pleased with it! More

A few weeks after the sale he followed up with a truck just arrived that he felt would fit my requirements. While it was not the exact model I had narrowed my choice to, the truck did have the options and features I was looking for. I found dealing with Tyler very straight forward and he presented the facts and details without bias or preference. I enjoyed the buying experience and Tyler and the Northland team were able to present options to ensure that I was completely satisfied. More

I never felt pressured or rushed and that he took the time to go over all my options and answered any question i had along the way. Tyler went above and beyond and even had one of the little ride on trucks worked it my deal so both me and my son could walk away with sweet new rides. I didnt have high exceptions of dodge due to past experience, but i have to say Tyler completely changed my perspective!! More
