Great Finance Manager on Site! I don't want to get into a lot of details but it took me 3 years to get out of mafia loans to get into bank loans, and the Senior Finance team worked I don't want to get into a lot of details but it took me 3 years to get out of mafia loans to get into bank loans, and the Senior Finance team worked extra hard, took awhile but it was worth the fight for my credit and name, and once everyone was approved, going beyond their mandate to service customers, the finance team got me a new 2016 Jeep Cherokee with bank rates, and once I was there to pick it up, sales took care of me, made sure I was happy with the jeep and showed me everything before I left site, thanks to sales Robbie and Senior staff in finance! More

Quick and easy I contacted Northland via email regarding a used vehicle late Thursday evening, by the morning I had received an e-mail with information that it had b I contacted Northland via email regarding a used vehicle late Thursday evening, by the morning I had received an e-mail with information that it had been sold the previous night but Nathan advised me he would find a similar model. When we did my pre-approval they advised me to look into a newer unit as it would bring my interest rate down. By Saturday morning we found a jeep I liked! I drove 3 hours to see it and sign paperwork; they had everything ready for me when I got there and even brought my interest rate down more! They were great to deal with, everyone was so friendly and helpful! Thank you again Nathan, Brandon & Lisa! More

A great salesman & dealership I have visited Northland Chrysler, many times over the last 2 to 3 months, and Geno, has assisted me as well as others, to try & get me into a vehicle I have visited Northland Chrysler, many times over the last 2 to 3 months, and Geno, has assisted me as well as others, to try & get me into a vehicle. No completion for this has happened, yet, however his efforts, to assist me have been wonderful, and much appreciated. I have been told by him, and others at this dealership, that come, late February to April, 2017, they feel, I will be able to afford a vehicle, with my Credit Rating, improving, as we move forward. I feel these efforts, by Gino & others at this dealership, is far beyond, what one could expect, and I'm looking forward, to owning a Chrysler model, in the very near future. Fast, Friendly and Courtious! Pulled into the Northland parking lot with a Christmas tree of lights flashing on my dash, at closing time. Robin G. Took the time to book my truck in and took down the particulars of my adventure getting the truck there. I did not have an appointment this was a Hail Mary pass hoping I could get any help so that I could continue my journey. By lunch time the next day my truck was good to go and the service I received from all the staff at Northland was exemplary. Final cost was exactly as quoted. Could not have been more impressed by the treatment my truck and I received at Northland! Thank you! More
