Took almost 8 months for the new transmission. The technician who work on my Jeep is really unprofessional. I have dash camera stick on the windshield, and he totally tear it off. I don't understand why working on transmission has anything to do with that camera. He can just unplug the cable or remove it from the base. And he just leave everything in coffee cup. Because he tear the base off I can't use that dash can anymore. Also there is a crack on my windshield, i am sure there isn't one before they worked o, but i didn't take a picture before i drop off the car and the dealership didn't have a picture too before they work on it. Complained about those two issues with my service adviser Rebecca, she was gonna call me back but never did. Very disappointed. More
