I was initially contacted by Kaitlyn Morris upon my request for an upgrade. Through my previous purchase I had dealt with Chris Weissenmayer so was glad to know he was still available for discussing t request for an upgrade. The rate I gave is one of high performance because although there were slip ups with the PST taxes which caused some disruption in the smooth transactions I have previously experienced, I did not find it damaging enough to rate it. I appreciated the quick delivery and that my requests were noted and added in the purchase of the vehicle and loan. I would and have recommended your company to my friends and neighbors who have commented on my new vehicle. I have been asked why I am changing vehicles again and my response was "Because I can with Northland". I bought a seventy thousand dollar pickup from this dealer last year, there was a promotion on for a thousand air miles. I bought and expected to get my thousand air miles, but never have, the thousand dealer last year, there was a promotion on for a thousand air miles. I bought and expected to get my thousand air miles, but never have, the thousand air miles would have been a return flight to Vancouver for me. I have called my salesman several times and he has failed to return calls and the two times I did get through to him he promised he would take care of it, but never did. I returned to the dealership to get some recalls taken care of and a check engine light checked, I went to talk to a manager about the problems with my salesman, and low and behold my salesman is now a sales manager and offered me a tank of gas for my thousand air miles, a far cry from a return flight to Vancouver. There is no hope for this dealership, full of promises and smiles until the papers are signed then they forget about you, and oh the service department is no better, they tell me my truck will be ready by noon, one o'clock, it was five by the time I got my truck and the check engine light was back on a block later. I am from out of town so my hole day has been ruined, I would have rented a car if they had told me five o'clock because they don't have a courtesy vehicle. The lack of Service Department closes at five so I had to return the next day about the check engine light that was still on, and was told not to worry about it, its probably an oxygen sensor gone, the check engine light kept coming back on but we didn't have one in stock so we couldn't change it. It would have been nice to know. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO ANY ONE, I have bought and owned two Jeeps and three ram pickups including this one and this has got to be the worst experience ever, I wish I had traveled the extra 4 hours to get to my old dodge dealer. More
