Nathan is obviously a people person, and made us feel valued as his customers, like long-lost friends, and in turn we wanted to be there. Our whole experience from beginning to end was nothing but positive. Customer service seems to be a lost art these days, but not at Northland Chrysler Jeep Dodge. Every person we dealt with that day was friendly, professional and attentive. Even though it was an extremely busy day, Nathan made us feel as if we were the only customers on the lot. Our first ever new car! We bought a new Journey from Lisa mainly as she went above and beond helping us even months before we knew we would buy anything! After we got the new Journey (bought it with 17,000 km) the battery ended up dead. My wife had to limp it to our local dealer and called down to see what was up as far as fixing our new car. Northlands and Lisa held up there end by making sure we had the car back with no cost to us and offered to have a rental ready the next day. We got our car back and all has been great ever since. She has also reminded us that we can call her cell anytime if anything happens. Too me, she sells the car with her service. Love the car and the service! The parts guys and the service guys were great to deal with as well. The price could not be beat and if i ever need to purchase another dodge, jeep or chrysler product, i will come here first. the copperhead coloured sahara i am driveing is a real pleasure to drive and it is all possible because of the attention i received from lisa and all of the other individuals that are all part of the dealership there.
