Vince was my salesman and from start to finish I felt comfortable about the deal Northlands number one priority was to make sure I was taken care of. Vince was my salesman and from start to finish I felt comfortable about the deal we were making. He met all my demands and expectations. From sending pictures and information promptly, to staying in contact while he was out of town, our negotiation never stalled out. Once I was satisfied, I made the trip to Prince George and was put up in a rather fancy hotel room. Upon arrival, Northland had my new vehicle windows tinted as requested and hot coffee. Vince went through a thorough inspection of the slightly used vehicle with me and gave me a crash course in its functions and features. The vehicle was exactly what I expected. Upon inspection I noticed a small scuff from the previous owner on the front bumper "and I mean small." This was far from a deal breaker but when Vince saw it slightly bugged me, he had it taken care of. He spoke with managements 'Jack Morris' and I was told to take the vehicle to any body shop of my choice, and have the scratch repaired at northlands expense! ( This was a used vehicle! ) I was rather shocked with their quality service and customer care. Jacks exact words to me were " we'll you have to be completely satisfied with the vehicle your buying." Needless to say I was more then satisfied as they accepted my price offer making the purchase that much better. Not only was I excited with my new Jeep Grand Cherokee, but thanks to Northland I had an excellent 2 day trip with my family! I even received follow up contact from Vince to ensure I was happy with my purchase. 10/10 More

Had to Bring the Van back for tinting and a few things, and Emily came in on her day off to Greet Us, we thought she was working that day, but she had everything arranged, very impressed, she is a wonderful person, we found out at the end of the day that it was her Day Off when he had seen her in the morning, during the day she kept in contact how things were going with the Van. I would very much recommend Emily if ever you are looking to buy a vehicle. More

Made buying a van easy. We met Lisa first when we were walking around the lot after closing time. She got the keys & she went over the vehicle with us. We took it for a test drive & Lisa helped us to learn just where & what everything was. The bonus was the vehicle price was $1000 lower than 1st advertised. She worked through the deal with us. At no time were we uncomfortable. She is both professional and easy to work with. At no time did we feel pressured. By the time we were finished with the insurance she had programmed the Sirius satellite radio stations and even programmed my cell phone to work with the UConnect. Great service.indeed!! We dealt with another gentleman who explained extended warranty etc to us but unfortunately we don't remember his name. He too, was professional but did not pressure us. We were very happy with our buying experience & would definitely return in the future. We would also refer friends and family to Lisa & Northland Dodge. . More
