Purchase review I visited Northland Dodge in PG on Saturday April 11. My goal was to trade in my 2013 Ram crew cab and lower my interest rate after a year of credit r I visited Northland Dodge in PG on Saturday April 11. My goal was to trade in my 2013 Ram crew cab and lower my interest rate after a year of credit rebuilding and step into a new crew cab at the same time. After a quick call from my wife to Kyle at the dealership I headed to the lot where I was met by Jason Soukochoff. Jason informed me he was assigned the task of looking after my needs and assuring I left the dealership happy and satisfied. After a quick credit app I was taken outside and shown a few trucks and test drove 2. The second test drive was exactly what I wanted,a 2015 Ram crew cab Sport model (black) and beautiful. After a half hr of negotiating with Jason and Kyle we shook hands on the deal,credit was approved and it was mine. I very much appreciated the professional help from Jason in a very non pushy manner. I left Northland dodge after appr. 3 hrs from the time I started my visit and am a happy,satisfied customer. The new truck is awesome. Thnx Jason ,Kyle and Lisa More

Answered any questions i had and when he didn't know the answer he took me to the people who knew the answer and didn't try to pull a fast one, worked very good on getting a fair price as well as going the extra mile on accepting my trade vehicle. when he handed me off to check with finances he left me with ryan who did a good job on customer service and explaining every step in what i would call full detail, he never tried forcing premium packages on me. he did a good job of filling me on on every package that was offered and aided well in selecting the right ones for me and my truck. i would gladly recommend these two with high confidence that they would excel in customer satisfaction and would do what would be required in finding the right vehicle the person requires not just finding a vehicle only to make a sale. well done gentlemen. More
