They have no idea what their staff is doing This would have been the 3rd vehicle in 5 years that we would have purchased from Northland Dodge Prince George BC. I put a $1,000.00 deposit down on This would have been the 3rd vehicle in 5 years that we would have purchased from Northland Dodge Prince George BC. I put a $1,000.00 deposit down on a truck Aug long weekend. By the end of Aug they could not provide a unit for me so I asked for my deposit back. No problem will have it returned right away. So for the next 3 weeks I phoned in every week to ask where the deposit was only to be told that it was sent in the mail, is what I was told repeatedly. Week 4 I ask for the General Manager who goes to look for my deposit only to find it is still sitting on someones desk???? So he says it will be in the mail tomorrow. Well guess what a week goes by and still no deposit. So I call him back last friday and he says give it until tuesday, well it is wednesday evening and still no deposit. So once again I call him back and now waiting for a reply. It is quite apparent that my concern is at the bottom of their list as they have far more important customers to look after . So why would I ever buy again from a company that is so big they treat customer concerns as a inconvenience to them. The staff apparently just tell you what ever they think you want to hear, just so they can get rid of you. THE WORST POSSIBLE SERVICE I brought my 2010 Ram 3500 into Corey on Friday, I could not get a hold of him until Saturday noon.
