Something happened that I could get the car. Many plans changed on where is the car delivered and where to sign papers. She was completely patient with me and my schedule. Got a great rate. When I picked up everything was ready and waiting for me to sign... The only thing I would have to like to gotten a room offered to stay in being that I lived 5 hrs out of town. I was getting concerned about the cost of the parts and diagnostic time. Service manager Ed Braconnier contacted Chrysler to have them extend my warranty to cover the bulk of costs. During the process, it was great to be able to talk to the service tech directly, and Mitch was able to answer lots of questions, and actually listened to my suggestions from my own research. I felt good about the process, and got a feeling that the whole team cared. The problem was solved, and no further issues! More
