Recall for stealing wheel wiring harness Nice new dealership. First time in the new location. Mike Vandenbrink was my service advisor. He was professional and informative. My truck was put through a service inspection as well and I know I have a bad power steering leak, but it was checked off as good. All it needed was a new hose clamp and I will replace it at home tonight. I gave Northland a four star because I feel a 5 star business would have identified this issue and put a 50 cent hose clamp on for me and fixed the problem. Then let me know what they did for me. Otherwise I am happy with the service. More

Great Customer service Had an issue with my new truck and drove into the service bay and was promptly greeted. The parts department and the service department where able to Had an issue with my new truck and drove into the service bay and was promptly greeted. The parts department and the service department where able to co-ordinate the ordering of the new part and the scheduling of the appointment to meet my travel times. The only negative thing I have to say is the shuttle service gal drove dangerously on icy roads doing 80 on the icy Ospika Blvd. Hats off to Michael for dealing with my complaint in a professional manner.
