I was getting concerned about the cost of the parts and diagnostic time. Service manager Ed Braconnier contacted Chrysler to have them extend my warranty to cover the bulk of costs. During the process, it was great to be able to talk to the service tech directly, and Mitch was able to answer lots of questions, and actually listened to my suggestions from my own research. I felt good about the process, and got a feeling that the whole team cared. The problem was solved, and no further issues! More

He was very prompt with his response and asked me a few questions. I replied and sent a few pictures of my trade-in car, he sent me the application and a few more text/phone calls back and forth and his last text was approval!! It was the most effortless thing I have done for such a big payoff! Vince was awesome to deal with. He answered all my questions, was very fast in responding, and he made the process very easy for me. Living in a small remote town in Northern Alberta, it is not easy for me to get to town or make these kind of transactions. The fact that Vince is able to do all communicating through email/text is great and he also arranged my truck delivery! I picked up my new Ram on June 25 and couldn't be happier. Exceptional service that only took five days to complete (including the weekend). He also called for a follow-up which I thought was a nice personal touch. I would most defiantly recommend Vince to anyone who is considering a new vehicle. Even though I didn't get the opportunity to meet him face to face I could tell he has a great personality and I am sure he is a great asset to the Northland Chrysler sales team.
