Small dealership service with large dealership price It has been one year since i purchased a 2015 ram 2500 with a 6.4L hemi six months after my wife bought a 2015 jeep cherokee trail hawk. Before purcha It has been one year since i purchased a 2015 ram 2500 with a 6.4L hemi six months after my wife bought a 2015 jeep cherokee trail hawk. Before purchasing both vehicles through northland dodge I went to several other dealerships to compare prices and was amazed not just that northland dodge was able to beat the other dealerships in the area but by how much. I waited one year in hopes of being able to review the service department as well but luckily enough and in true mopar fashion neither vehicle has needed anything outside of regular maintenance. went above and beyond anything I've experienced I went to the dealership to start actually looking at vehicles after browsing online for a couple of years. I had ZERO intention of buying and when Ty I went to the dealership to start actually looking at vehicles after browsing online for a couple of years. I had ZERO intention of buying and when Tyler came up to me I immediately warned him that I wasn't going to buy anything that day and he was probably 'wasting his time'. He said it was fine that he would be more than happy to help. I took a truck for a test drive and he gave me some numbers. I warned him I didn't want a pushy person and he didn't push me. After bantering over numbers and seeing something I could handle I still couldn't sign the paperwork. Tyler didn't push me when I said I couldn't do it. When I left he contacted me once to see if I was happy. He made every effort to sell me the beautiful truck I now own and he did it without pushing me. He answered all questions I had whenever I asked. I would reccomend him to anyone. He was patient and kind. Jason was the my finance person. He was patient and went over everything with me several times until I understood. He did an excellent job. When I came back for my pro pack he even asked if I needed a loaner vehicle. When I came back to the dealership two weeks later to get my pro pack, seat covers, and remote start Tyler tracked me down and got me a loaner vehicle for the day so I wasn't stuck at the dealership all day. Michelle was a wonderful customer service rep. When I came back for my pro pack she checked on me regularly. Towards the end of the service day I was made aware that my seat covers couldn't be installed due to the limited time frame. I was devastated. I was upset that I would have to return and spend another four hours at the dealership. Tyler went above and beyond my expectations and found a wonderful young lady from finance, Lisa, who offered to install the seat covers herself. Michelle and Lisa both crawled into my truck and proceeded to install my covers just so I would be completely satisfied when I left the dealership. I was shocked and almost in tears from the wonderful experience. I expected Tyler to just wipe his hands of me once he made the sale, after all, his job was done, but he didn't. That is true customer service. And to have my customer service person, Michelle, seem to genuinely care about how I felt was an uplifting experience, Tyler, Michelle, and Lisa could have easily told me to come back another day but they didn't. Excellent sales experience I went in to see what Northland Dodge had in their inventory for pick-up trucks. I was picky and was set on having certain options (4x4, tow package, I went in to see what Northland Dodge had in their inventory for pick-up trucks. I was picky and was set on having certain options (4x4, tow package, crewcab, long bed, etc). Robbie heard me out and immediately took me outside to show the 3 trucks that matched my request. He was very knowledgeable and easy-going, obviously knew his inventory well and what was in the lot. He followed up that same evening and gave me a quote for a brand new 3500. When I said I was more interested in a used Nissan truck, no questions asked he provided me with a quote and a finance plan breakdown, and also booked a test drive. My spouse took the truck for an extensive drive and Robbie was able to answer all his questions fully and even provide extra information we did not know or think about at the time. Robbie then negotiated with his manager to get us the price and deal that we were happy with. He also made sure we got a second set of keys from Nissan since the truck only came with one set originally. Overall, I would definitely recommend Northland Dodge and Robbie as a salesman as he was very professional, attentive and worked hard to get us exactly what we wanted. More

I have to work afternoons and needed some work done to my Jeep Grand Cherokee. Not only did Mike ensure that the necessary brake job was completed before 1:00pm, but he discovered that other work slated WASN'T NECESSARY and also had extra factory recalls completed, the car vacuumed, mats cleaned, and a HAND POLISHED car wash done!!!
