I went ahead and bought a used BMW however there was a slight glitch on delivery day. As I came from some distance away with another driver who left before i learned of the problem, I was stuck. The dealership paid for a rental car for me and arranged to have Randy deliver the car to me the next business day. I cannot complain about the service I received. Most of the staff i encountered were polite and friendly enough. One feature i did not realize was the full car proof report on their website. Not sure how many other dealers provide that. On the face of it, the dealer appears honest and I have no real complaints. More

It was a pleasure being served by my sales representative Sean Ormond who allowed me to take the vehicle for a proper test drive and thoroughly explained all the features. Sean B (the Manager) was friendly and ensured that I was happy with the final deal, including giving me a more than fair price on my trade. Max in the finance office was also very friendly and courteous. My family members have a long relationship with this dealership and will continue to do so. I went for my first oil change and a quick visit to change a part under warranty and the Service Staff was incredible. Brenda was extremely facilitating, offering me a coffee while I waited and ensured that my vehicle was ready on time. The shop is very clean, and Henry the mechanic was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain things to me. He even washed the Jeep prior to handing me the keys. I can only say good things with my experience with North York Chrysler and they will definitely be my first choice when purchasing my next vehicle, as well as servicing my vehicles for hopefully many years to come.
