Excellent Service Vehicle was towed to North York Chrysler by road side assistance from Hwy 401 as its the closest dealership. Very nice service by Val who offered me a Vehicle was towed to North York Chrysler by road side assistance from Hwy 401 as its the closest dealership. Very nice service by Val who offered me a coffee to warm myself up after being in the car with no heat for over an hour waiting for the tow truck. Although its my first time here but i felt i was treated as a regular. I was told my vehicle might not be able to be looked at right away but i was offered a rental car with Discount with a special rate. Glad I did not have to take Uber or ask someone to pick me up. They managed to find the issue on the same day and had my car ready for the next day late afternoon. Thank you Val and the service team.
