New work truck. I found an ad online, and checked out a new 2014 Ram. Walked into the dealership and was welcomed, and asked what they could do to help. Quickly, and friendly I was brought to Michael who was happy to help, he was very friendly. During my time with him another customer who he had helped polietly waved and said bye. Michael was very nice and said bye to them as well- he didnt treat them like another "sale" I felt no sales pressure, and he was happy to find answers to any questions I had right away. It was a great and comfortable experience. I have bought several new vehicles in the past, and I never have felt inclined to write a review about the experience. This however was a good one, and I do recomend Michael Dastranj and the rest of the team at North York Chrysler. More
