We just picked up our brand new 2020 Corolla yesterday and we were blown away with the service! We met with Lori for the financing portion and she was so welcoming and made us feel at ease. She explained all our options and there was no pressure to buy any additional packages. Bought a truck Got tires and rims, Pointed out there is a tear in the stearing wheel. A new one has been ordered. I am disappointed with the step runnning board Got tires and rims, Pointed out there is a tear in the stearing wheel. A new one has been ordered. I am disappointed with the step runnning boards they are too close to the floor of the truck, I would like them to be 3 or 4 inches lower. Also there are no mud flaps on the truck. I would have though they would be standard issue. So I am going to request lowering the running boards and installing mud flaps when stearing wheel is replaced. More

Peter in Service is just excellent We had an ongoing problem with low beam headlights and brought our 2019 RAV4 vehicle in for rectification. At first the problem was not solved and it We had an ongoing problem with low beam headlights and brought our 2019 RAV4 vehicle in for rectification. At first the problem was not solved and it appeared that we were stuck with it. After speaking to Peter Kalmo in Service, he decided to take the vehicle home and try out the low beams during the evening hours. He noticed the problem and contacted us the next day to advise that he had taken measures to solve it. He also advised that if it wasn't good enough, we should contact him again for further correction.
