I was having issues with another dealership in Ottawa. On a whim I stopped into the North Bay dealership for a second opinion. He kept me in the loop during the wait on delivery and answered all my questions (mostly stupid ones lol) I am very impressed with Brent and North Bay Toyota, and if I didn’t live so far away, would have all of my regular maintenance done at that location.
