Awesome Service! Shane was by far the best salesmen. Wasn't pushy, like typical Grande Prairie car salesmen. I first emailed Shane regarding an add on their website. He responded almost right away to setup a time to test drive. The whole process, from sales to finance, was made very simple and painless. One thing about Norlan, was they advertised the prices of their vehicles, unlike most dealerships in this town! More

On the ball Shane is probably the only sales rep ever to be on duty after hours. I sent out quite a few emails and he was the only one to get back to me right awa Shane is probably the only sales rep ever to be on duty after hours. I sent out quite a few emails and he was the only one to get back to me right away answered my questions without the usual BS you get from some salesman. Her was straight forward honest and ready to deal with and made coming to a deal that met my expectations relatively easy. Dave in finance did a great job getting a great rate for me on my car loan, was very professional and easy to work with. I'd also like to say that they also seem to have adopted the low pressure sales model similar to what Ford is doing very refreshing More
