Horrible service I made an appointment to have my 5 year old car looked at. My car wouldn't start and I had just replaced the battery a month ago. I arranged to have i I made an appointment to have my 5 year old car looked at. My car wouldn't start and I had just replaced the battery a month ago. I arranged to have it towed in. I got a call from Shane telling me I was already and hour deep (labour) and that I needed a new $225 battery before anything could be done or looked at. I had already told him that when I made the appointment. I thought the whole purpose was to find out why my car was draining the battery! I asked if I could bring in a battery as I was already out the cost of a new one. No. I would have to have it towed off the lot and then brought back in. He could not have just put in a tester or spare that they use for this very thing and begun the inspection to see what was causing this in the first place? He became abrupt and rude and hung up on us when we said to put a hold on it so we could try to decide what to do. He actually told me that I would have to push my car out of the bay myself! Who tells an upset paying customer that she has to push her own car out of the bay?! He also told me in order to get my keys back I would have to pay $117 plus tax. I had already known I would. at no point did I ever say I wasn't paying my bill. He repeated that several times until I told him he has stated that enough and I fully understood. So the call cost the one hour of labour and nothing was looked at. I tried to arrange all of this from work and was in tears the better part of the day. He purposely told my family the keys weren't needed by the driver as the car wasn't responding to them at all. Well the driver did need the keys and I had to arrange another tow and a trip to drop off the keys. Shame on you, Shane. Your lack of customer service was disgusting. I will never go back and I hope this reviews points customers to the St. Catharines location. Your disrespectful demeanour was not necessary and I hope that you will think twice before you speak to paying customers in the future. Push my own vehicle out! Really? More
Correction and Clarification I have amended my original review as I was not clear that the tax charged was removed from the second contract. It was not my intention to mislead. Yes, financing was at face value only after Andrew was made aware that OMVIC was consulted. Yes, he was offered a cheaper vehicle but why take something you don't want? Yes, changes were made including raising the interest rate from the agreed 5.99 to 6.48%. Taking Andrew's advice I took a closer look at the two contracts. Not removed were the charges for OMVIC, the administration fee and the global registration fee that the website ads clearly state in capital letters are included in the price. It's been a learning experience that I would like to put behind us. More

Unfortunately, I was invisible to the sales staff, or just not a priority compared to drinking coffee. Ridiculous. 25 minutes of waiting, only because i was very interested in that specific vehicle. Spoke to the manager, completely insulted as a result of the poor customer service. Regardless, a short time later I was on the road to Performance Chrysler. Greeted there upon entering that store, signing a deal an hour later. What a difference. You should be embarrassed Andrew Page. Your sales staff need to be replaced post haste. More

Adventures in Oil changing As a surprise for my husband, I called to schedule an oil change on his car. The person I spoke to was able to book me for that same morning..(hooray! I arrived and the car was only parked about 7 minutes before it was taken by one of the service technicians to get the job done. I relaxed and looked at a couple of vehicles with a very helpful salesman. Roughly 20 minutes after that, the car was ready to go. Even though they were quite busy, they got the job done quickly so I could be on my way. Thanks everyone!! More
