We had dealt with other dealerships in the past and had never been treated with such care and genuine compassion to our needs like the staff at MacIver did. We purchased a 2015 Journey that day and we're able to pick it up the following Tuesday making this a seamless purchase. Happy Wrangler Owner Better late than never I guess.... Went in on a whim one day back in April with my wife to show her some Jeeps as I wanted one for our next vehicle. Better late than never I guess.... Went in on a whim one day back in April with my wife to show her some Jeeps as I wanted one for our next vehicle. Rob came up and introduced himself to us, we told him that we were interested in a Wrangler Unlimited and just wanted info and pricing but not really ready to purchase just yet, and to see what could be worked out so we could get a budget together. We advised that we had a very strict budget to adhere to. We discussed vehicle options and even took a few Wranglers out on the road. I was given a pretty fair offer on my trade in. After crunching the numbers we were able to make some final decisions and get a firm order together. From the experience that we had, everyone was very nice and accommodating. I would refer anyone to Rob in a heartbeat. Long story short - we were able to come close to our budget, we made our factory order and our Wrangler came in right about the time that was promised. Rob stayed in communication with me through the entire process even if it was just a silly question. To this point we are very satisfied with our purchase. If you are looking to get into a new vehicle GO SEE ROB!!! More
terrible service ect. Worst Customer Service ever and I haven't even received my car. On my first visit to McIver I walked out because I was left waiting at the salesman' Worst Customer Service ever and I haven't even received my car. On my first visit to McIver I walked out because I was left waiting at the salesman's desk for 20 minutes with no contact after we had selected the vehicle. They said it was computer issues, but why couldn't someone come and tell us what was going on. Contrary to my better judgement and with my wifes insistence, we returned the next day to purchase the vehicle. I was told on Friday that we were approved by our salesman and that I needed to just send in proof of income. I told him given Monday being labour day I would like to pick up the vehicle on Thursday as I know they had to locate it. I sent in the information and did not receive any feed back. I called Tuesday to confirm the receipt of my information and to make sure everything was on track and was told the salesman would call me yesterday. NO call. I called the sales manager this morning and was told he only go the approval on Tuesday night and the he and the salesman were off yesterday and he was only locating the vehicle this morning and that now delivery would be Saturday. Do people in the dealership not communicate and work to satisfy the customer. Why did I have to initiate each contact? Good communication would have prevented this situation. I am very disappointed with this experience and I can assure you I will probably never buy a Dodge again. I hope the delivery experience goes better and that the vehicle lives up to the good reviews it has received. More

Having narrowed down our vehicle choices we knew what we wanted. We stopped by the MacIver dealership and met with Rob Valeri and after after a brief few moments we knew where we were going to spend our money. Dealing with Rob was a pleasure, he made us feel at ease, and made every effort to find the vehicles that we wanted. No hard sell, no fake salesman smile, no bull. He made the process easy. We are now very happy with a new van and pickup. This was the most pleasant new car purchase experience in my 34 years of car buying As a side note, we walked into the Aurora Ford dealership and after spending 30 minutes in their showroom waiting for someone to talk to us, we left, sorry Ford, if your sales guys cant stop texting for 10 minutes to talk to me, you don't get my business. We also visited the Aurora Toyota dealership and their sales rep Mike was the rudest person I have ever met in my life. More

Wonderful Experience I had been to numerous dealerships over a 4 month time span looking for an SUV with lower kms and that fits my price range. All the other dealerships I had been to numerous dealerships over a 4 month time span looking for an SUV with lower kms and that fits my price range. All the other dealerships didn't take me seriously, told me they can't find what I'm looking for and just saw me as a kid (I look young for my age). Mike Gregor figured out numbers for me, asked all the right questions, and treated me like a serious customer. He found me exactly what I was looking for and then some. Even the manager who spoke with me after, took the time to explain everything to me and made me feel very comfortable with my purchase. I will recommend anyone to this dealership and especially to Mike Gregor. Thank you for the wonderful experience as I was loosing faith. More

Michael Dempsey provided the service I needed and more! I wanted to pick out a new Wrangler personally, but was out of the country which made it very difficult. After speaking with Mike and forming a plan w I wanted to pick out a new Wrangler personally, but was out of the country which made it very difficult. After speaking with Mike and forming a plan we were off before I even knew what was happening! No matter what crazy idea I had he went with it, making sure every possible option was pursued thoroughly to ensure regret wasn't something I would experience. Even when going back and forth between options, he maintained a professional yet personal attitude that gave you the information you needed to make the small but significant decisions within purchasing a vehicle. I cannot speak for everyone, but I myself am quite particular when it comes to picking out a new vehicle and Mike allowed for that without making me feel uncomfortable. I highly recommend him if you are looking into getting a new Jeep. I am nothing but content with my 2015 Jeep Wrangler Sahara!!! Furthermore, Jason from the collision centre met with me to explore some aftermarket changes, and with his expertise we were able to fit my new jeep with a little bit of custom. Both Michael and Jason were phenomenal. More
