Dear donjohn, Thanks for taking the time out to review our dealership. My personal apologies for the delay in addressing your issues regarding our New Car sales process; I needed the appropriate time to audit what had transpired during the course of your purchase with the New Car Manager and the Sale Consultant that handled your purchase. Firat of all let me apologize for the unsusual wait time for your quote on the vehice your were contemplating purchasing and the unforutnate sequence of events following. The day in question was the first day that we were implementing our new Dealer Management System throughout our dealership, and many of the procedures when it came to configuring a vehicle for order on the new system were still new to many of our Sales Consultants even someone as experienced as Robert Valeri. Given that the following Monday was a statutory holiday we cold neither move the credit application forward or begin the process of locating the car. Becuase of the Laour Day Holiday it was Robert's day to start at 3pm hence why you spoke to Geoffrey the New Car Sales Manager, who informed you that the locating process for your preferred vehicle and your Loan Application were slightly delayed becuase of the long weekend. We do have a strict hand off rule where confidential customer information is handled by the Business Manager only to protect your privacy so the only one who could contact you about receipt of your proof of income which would have been the business manager. There were challenges (extenuating circumstances) to getting you preferred financing, suffice it to say we were still able to get you the car loan. Upon Robert's return both of you were interacting quite frequently via email regarding the next steps according to the email you gentlemen had sent back and forth. Despite all of these challenges we were still able to deliver the Dodge Journey to you that Thursday. With respect the Dealership and Management went above and beyond to get you the vehicle you want and at favorable financing with minimal delay.
