When we picked out the vehicle we wanted, Steve went through the complete pricing, car specifications, warranty, etc. so there was no surprises. After the purchase the support staff treatment was similar, no hard sell on extended warranty, paint and body protection, Anna went through the options and explained them and the benefits, when I said no thanks there was no "well you know" comeback, we just moved onto the next item. On vehicle pick up day Steve helped set up the OnStar, Bluetooth, and another review of the car features. Just an easy going friendly person who made us feel welcome and answered all of our questions. On the day we picked it up, Stef spent some time showing me how all the bells and whistles work and did it with a sense of humour, leaving me to feel like I could go back to him at any time with questions. I will definitely return to him again for future purchases. Marilyn was great too when it came time to finalize the deal. The only concern I have is that the extended warranty was presented as 7 years, but the cap of 100 000 km wasn't mentioned until the day I picked up the car. Not a big deal though, just a small point. Overall the whole experience was comfortable, and fun! Can't wait for our first road trip. More

Incompetent Employees I have had many poor interactions with this dealership over the years but keep giving them a second and a third chance hoping they have changed but NO I have had many poor interactions with this dealership over the years but keep giving them a second and a third chance hoping they have changed but NOPE they haven't! I have taken my SUV in for a regular oil change on two separate occasions whereby they have failed to either completely fill up my oil and have left the bottom screw cap loose so oil drips out of my vehicle all over my driveway. Very messy and very unsafe to be losing oil, the main lubricator of your vehicles engine! I actually on one occasion had no oil in my car, whereby a competent mechanic who is trustworthy, upfront and genuinely cares about his customers saved me and had to completely fill up my oil upon this discovery. Is New Roads purposely leaving the cap loose to generate more business and cost their customers unnecessary repairs or are they that poorly trained? I meet many people on a daily basis and tell them all about the poor quality of work that I have experienced at New Roads. I will give praise to Jason, a service advisor for always being polite and helpful as much as he can be. Perhaps with the new renovations will come better customer service, some new training for your mechanics so they can do their job correctly and safely and be accountable for their shortcomings! I won't be returning there ever again and will suggest to people to do the same. More
