This was so easy I actually went in to look at a Tahoe and left with a 2015 Cadillac SRX !! Stef could not locate the keys for the Tahoe because I think someone else h I actually went in to look at a Tahoe and left with a 2015 Cadillac SRX !! Stef could not locate the keys for the Tahoe because I think someone else had it out for a test drive so I spotted the SRX so I said lets take that for a spin. Now it is in my driveway!! Went into Marilyn's office to complete the transaction, computers were down so she said she would call me later that night when she got the paperwork done, she contacted my insurance company for me, printed off the insurance slip. Picked it up the very next morning. Stef was in the car with me for almost an hour showing me how everything works, hooked up our phones, contacted on star , xm radio. Amazing service!! This is the second vehicle we have gotten from Stef and will continue to do so in the future. More

When I went to New Roads Chevrolet in Ne I owned a Malibu which I bought at another dealership and had nothing but problems with this car from day 1. When I went to New Roads Chevrolet in Newmarket their Mechanical staff was excellent, courteous and very understanding but the issues with the car was not their fault. Mark in service is awesome. Decided to buy a new car and dealt with Stefano and he was amazing as was Sarah (she is not listed below) in the office. Stefano walked me through everything and took the time to show me all the gadgets in the car. I have owned my new 2016 Chevrolet Cruze for 2 days and love the car and how it handles and would recommend this dealership all the time. Loved the experience, even if I was spending a lot of money, loved the way we were treated. Way to go people, way to go.
