On our way to catch a ferry home from Nanaimo to Vancouver our 2006 Honda Ridgeline broke down at a gas station. BCAA was very efficient in getting us towed to Nanaimo Honda. Prior to our arrival I phoned Clayton Wutke, the Service Advisor and he assured me that he would do his best to get us back on the road as soon as possible...and he did just that. He was waiting for us when our truck arrived and he had his technician diagnose the problem immediately. Within a short time a new starter motor was installed and we were on our way to have dinner and catch the next available ferry home. Cudos to Clayton and his mechanic at Nanaimo Honda for an exceptional level of service and understanding. More
