Initial dealings with this dealership upon purchase were good, however the follow-up has been less impressive. At first we thought the salesperson was quite knowledgeable about the vehicle - he went through good, however the follow-up has been less impressive. At first we thought the salesperson was quite knowledgeable about the vehicle - he went through the features of the cas with us. However, when we got home, we realized that most of these features were not available on our vehicle. Disappointing, but ok. Fast forward a few months and we are experiencing significant issues with our brand new car. When we brought up our concerns with the salesperson, including the fact that we are left without a vehicle for days at a time while the issue is diagnosed (not even fixed.... we are on our second round of car malfunctions and still nothing has been fixed), we were told we are no different then any other purchaser and "bumps along the road are normal". No apologies, no proposed remediation. Although I understand the current economical situation (even though this salesperson felt the need to explain it to me as though I've been living under a rock), I would appreciate an ounce of customer service after the initial sale.
