We had a test drive in an Elantra, with Mitch, which was satisfactory, and we were definitely interested in buy I have a couple of suggestion to make! We had a test drive in an Elantra, with Mitch, which was satisfactory, and we were definitely interested in buying one. I wanted a red car, luckily I saw one outside which we went out to look at. Turned out it had more options than the one we had driven and was more what we were interested in. So, maybe it would be worthwhile to ask customers if they would like to look at various models of a particular car and point out the different options? They may have more money to spend than you first thought? ?? Mitch did a price comparison for us, which we appreciated. The more "upscale" car was worth the extra cost to us. One thing that might be worth mentioning too is the difference in the brakes, Terry definitely wanted disc brakes on all 4 wheels, but he had to ask about that. I decided to buy the all weather floor mats after we bought the car, should have been smarter and asked Mitch to "throw them in"!! Anyway, Mitch asked the parts department if they were in stock. He was told yes, so down I went, only to find out they weren't available. They had to be ordered. Luckily we live close by! That being said, we are very happy with the car! More
