We serve at our leisure!! I order a new key fob to coincide with a service call(Sept. 27). I show up for the service and am told by the service advisor my fob has not arrived. I order a new key fob to coincide with a service call(Sept. 27). I show up for the service and am told by the service advisor my fob has not arrived. She advises me the fob will come in shortly and she will call me to book another appointment. More than two weeks pass. I decide to phone the dealer and speak to someone in the Parts Department. They tell me the part has been at the dealership for weeks(Sept. 27) and it was in the dealership when I brought the car in for service. They apologized and advised me to come in the following morning and I would get the fob programmed and the key cut. I come in as instructed. The same advisor is at the desk. I explain to her why I was there. She acts as if this is news to her - not even acknowledging her failure to get back to me. She then tells me that an appointment hadn't been made for me and I would have to schedule another appointment. When I advised her of my conversation with the Parts Department the day before she indicated she wasn't responsible for whatever they had said. More

We wont go anywhere else now. As someone who had just gotten their full liscence I was on the look out for my first car. After several recommendations to visit Mountain Hyundai my As someone who had just gotten their full liscence I was on the look out for my first car. After several recommendations to visit Mountain Hyundai my husband and I stopped by to have a look. I had already stopped by other dealerships in the area before reaching here and had been left very unimpressed upto this point and had settled on the fact I would not be getting anything that day. Within minutes James was with us and we got talking. He was brilliant! Super friendly, not pushy, very informative and just made us feel very comfortable to have a good look around without feeling like we were going to be pushed into anything, which a previous salesman tried to do at another dealership before meeting James. We looked at 1 car that James recommended, but as great as it was I just didnt feel it was rhe car for me. James was not disheartened in any way and continued to help and re evaluate what I was looking for in a car. Eventually when it came to our final look of the lot, we came across what ended up to be my first car! As soon as I sat inside it felt right. James got us the keys and we took a test drive and by the time we got back I was in talks with my husband about if I should keep looking or take this car. James put absolutely no preasure on us what so ever and we were able to take all the time we needed relaxing in the seating area of the showroom to talk over my options. We decided to go ahead with the car as it was a fantastic deal and we really felt James was already giving us the best deal we could get. It was great to feel trust in him and know that we werent going to be ripped off or pushed into anything. We started the paperwork that night and James was fantastic from start to finish with his customer care and answering any questions I had. We were his last customers of the day but he never made us feel rushed to get out the door, sticking around with us until the showroom was closing its doors, and had pushed as much paperwork through as possible to make sure I would get my car ASAP that very week. We went home absolutely thrilled and raved to everyone we know about James and how excellent his service was to us, and I thanked all those who had recommended we visit the dealership. When we returned the next day to complete the sale there had been a major hiccup at the showroom where the internet has cut out completely for the whole day! All the staff were doing their best do deal with things and keep customers happy and help everyone. So we were unable to complete things that day, but we were not made to feel like our trip up there had been for nothing where we were able to review everything and discuss pick up options for the next day. The staff and Mary who was dealing with our application kept in touch with us for the rest of the day to let us know how things were going once they got things up and running again. Somehow still after a day of no internet the staff were all able to get me into my brand new car by Fri afternoon after only stopping by Wed evening for "just a look". James was there so see us off, and even gave me a few freebies to welcome me to the Mountain Hyundai family. Everyone I talk to is very impressed with my car, the staff and the deal James was able to give me with my car. I highly recommend James and the dealership to people constantly now. My husband is looking to trade in his existing car now and has kept in touch with James and they plan to meet up this weekend to go over his options for a car from Mountain Hyundai. 100/100 our number 1 place to go for our car needs now. James is our guy. Never known a team to work so fast and so well together like the staff at Mountain Hyundai. Oh, and my car is doing GREAT! Love it!! More
