I also appreciated that Jarrod took the time, to help me activate Bluetooth, radio etc. He assured me that he would be happy to assist me, at any time....just stop in. Now I will have a total of 4 years, worry free driving...2 years with my van and 2 years with my new truck. I recommend this dealership to everyone, looking for a new/used vehicle. More

I had to book my appointment 4 times for an issue i brought in to have fixed once before (but it never was). The first time they said they needed to order the part, fine. the second time they said they needed to keep the car for long period of time but had no car for me to take. the third time they said the guy to do the repaird doesnt have time to work on it. THE FOURTH TIME they finally got the car in even though enetrprise loaned my reserved car out. Poor communication between staff, customers and car rental companies and customer time is not valued. the staff are all very nice but it's enough to make me start buying my cars elswhare, which is a shame because i love wayne rogers (salesman). More
No point in booking an appointment Hello. I switched to this dealership to try it out and it didn't go too well. Had an appointment for 8am on a Monday, and my car was not even looked a Hello. I switched to this dealership to try it out and it didn't go too well. Had an appointment for 8am on a Monday, and my car was not even looked at by 5pm closing time. I had to leave it overnight even though my "appointment" was at 8am. By Tuesday at 1pm, the car was looked at and diagnosed, but obviously the replacement part was not in stock. I got my car back on Wednesday at noon. After booking a specific time for an appointment and spending $500 worth of service, I would expect some better service. Safe to say I will be looking for a new dealership, again. More

Preowned 2010 Camaro I recently purchased a 2010 Camaro from Motor City Chrysler. Two days after I got the car I checked the fluids and the power steering fluid was low an I recently purchased a 2010 Camaro from Motor City Chrysler. Two days after I got the car I checked the fluids and the power steering fluid was low and it also needed coolant which obviously wasn't checked by the service department before I picked up my Camaro. I contacted the dealership on a Saturday and was told to return Monday and it would be taken care of. When I returned Monday I was told they would have to order the fluids so I purchased them myself. About two months later the dealership called me and I mentioned the fluids to the salesman and he pointed the finger at the service department and still no fluids. The licence plate lights were also burnt out when I got the vehicle which is part of the safety certificate. Three months with the car and 3000kms later and the power steering hose let go, it's in for service now which will cost me about another $250. More
left sitting in lounge for an hour I was left sitting in the lounge for an hour and when I went to inquire both shuttles were parked and one driver was reading the paper and the second I was left sitting in the lounge for an hour and when I went to inquire both shuttles were parked and one driver was reading the paper and the second was chit chatting with staff. I had to call to see if my car was ready at 3:10 and told the shuttle would be right out to pick me up. I called back at 4:45 and told shuttle was on the way. It showed up at5:35. Not impressed. will never have anything to do with this dealership again. I will drive 25 km further to be treated better or buy a ford. More
