Horrible Service I have had nothing but issues with this dealership. I bought a brand new vehicle that was said to have Bluetooth and didn't figure out until I got hom I have had nothing but issues with this dealership. I bought a brand new vehicle that was said to have Bluetooth and didn't figure out until I got home that it didn't. They ended up making me pay for it which I shouldn't have had to. I had to recently bring it into the service department because of an unknown issue. If I hadn't had an issue with my vehicle I obviously wouldn't bring it in. They refused to give me loaner vehicle and it took me calling them the next day to figure out what was going on. They told me nothing was wrong with my vehicle but insisted to take it for another test drive. Two hours later I went to find out what was going on and they still hadn't taken it out for a test drive. At this time I needed to leave for work so I grabbed my vehicle and left. They said they would email me the paper work and call for a follow up which three weeks later still has not happened. I'm completely annoyed with this dealship and would not recommend going there to anyone. More

great after purchase service took delivery on a 2016 T/C with 28,000 KM on it. Ran well with no problems, but on the 2nd day, the brakes started to generate a strong vibration. Took it in to the dealer where Bobby Stewart was attentive and focused on all the aspects of the vibration, ie. when did i notice the vibration for the first time, what was the driving condition (speed, road condition, how long was the trip before i noticed the vibration, did it vibrate at both low speed as well as fast or aggressive braking, noise level and any sign of smell. I left the van there, and received a call less than 3 hours later. from Bobby that the brakes were replaced with no charges pending. he further explained, in detail what the source of the failure was. As a car guy I appreciated that as much as there not being any out of pocket expense. thank Bobby!!!!! More
not very organized I traded in 2011 charger for a 2016 charger on a Thursday.I was told my new vehicle would be ready for pick up the following Tuesday, it was not. They I traded in 2011 charger for a 2016 charger on a Thursday.I was told my new vehicle would be ready for pick up the following Tuesday, it was not. They said Wednesday it would be ready. When I showed up at the time I told them, I waited around in the office for quite some time to do the paperwork, the vehicle was not even cleaned inside and on the paint there were a bunch of black specs on it, had to get a cleaner guy to come and rub them off. I ended up taking the car to their dealer that does the cleaning for them down the road, spent another half hour there waiting. a total of 2.5 hours to pick up my new car...yikes. When I got home I noticed a rubber mat put inside was torn. I checked my cabin air filter it was grey/black, I checked the air filter it was not new, bugs dirt. The oil was clean though. so I called talked to my salesman about it, he said he would take care of it, which he did, but I had to go back and pick them up another day (half hour drive for me). And I noticed the rim was pealing, so I told them about it, the used car manager said it will be covered either by warranty or by him so I went to the service dept. to take care of it, he said it my may not be covered , however he sent info into Chrysler for warranty and it ended up being covered....good thing. The service is fine just need to get on the same boat and work together. I was quite upset about my overall experience with this dealership especially when they say they are the best in Windsor Essex County. When someone picks up there new vehicle you would think things would/should be perfect and quick especially when you are spending that kind of money and giving them your business. More
Fast and wonderful service I had great service with Micheal . After I bought my car. .He sat with me in my car before i drove it off the lot, explaining every little button to I had great service with Micheal .
