Tim bragged how the prior owner had such an amazing extended warranty that they were able to fix the air conditioning at no cost to them. Well, summer comes & my a/c isn't working. Get diagnosed with a cracked compressor. A $1000 job and the dealership is not willing to stand behind this job. Thanks for nothing Pinnacle. I retract my 5* and sadly will not shop there again. More

Ryan and Gary are great! We had to bring in our recently purchased used vehicle as the "check engine" light was on. Ryan was great - he checked the vehicle out, called to expl We had to bring in our recently purchased used vehicle as the "check engine" light was on. Ryan was great - he checked the vehicle out, called to explain in detail why the light was coming on, and replaced a faulty evaporation seal. While he was checking the vehicle over, he noticed there was an update to the computer, and went ahead and updated that as well. There was also a stone chip protection sticker near the driver's side rear tire that was starting to peel away and he was able to replace that the same day as well. He was very friendly when I returned to pick the vehicle up, explaining again (in easy to understand terms) what work was done. It was so refreshing to deal with someone so knowledgeable and friendly. I would also like to recognize Gary in the used car sales area. He was very accommodating and knowledgeable as well when we were looking for a new-to-us (used) car. He was so great entertaining our small children while we were looking at vehicles. He must have his own grandchildren, he's awesome with kids! My only complaint was the lady at the cashier desk when I went to pick up the vehicle, she was not as friendly or pleasant to deal with. It would just be nice to be acknowledged when standing there waiting for service - a simple "I'll be right with you" would have been great. I stood there for about 4-5 minutes waiting for her to even look at me, and when she did finally speak, she wasn't very friendly or apologetic. I get that you can be very busy and things are stressful, but customer service should come first. "I'm sorry for your wait, how can I help you? With a smile maybe...? Overall a great experience and I would, and have already, recommend to a friend! More
