Damien did mention that there other similar vehicles on the lot, but once I told him that I knew which vehicle I wanted, he never mentioned other makes or models. I appreciated that he did offer options, but didn't push further once he knew I wasn't interested in other vehicles. A week after my purchase, I had a small technical issue with the car. No reflection on the dealership or the quality of the vehicle purchased, stuff just happens. I took my car back to their service centre, no questions asked, they gave me a loaner for the day, and by end of the day I was on the road again and the car's been running great!! I hope not to need another car anytime soon, but if friends or family are looking, I'll definately suggest they look here. More

great buying experience.......again. My family and I have purchased a total of 5 cars from Theo's over the years with Damien being involved with the majority of those acquisitions. Theo's always seems to have something on the lot that we like in terms of style and price. We have never had any problems with the cars we purchased. Damien makes the buying process easy and pleasant and was as excited about our new BMW X3 as we were. A very knowledgeable salesman who is great at what he does-he keeps the stress level at a minimum, is not pushy or in your face, answers your questions and finds you a car that meets your needs at your price point. He seems to go the extra mile as was evident by him programming my phone to the car for me.
