Warm, personal and unique customer service This is my first ever review that I have taken time to actually write up how I felt during my entire process of purchasing a car from dealership. From This is my first ever review that I have taken time to actually write up how I felt during my entire process of purchasing a car from dealership. From the very first moment since I step into Theo Motors I have felt that this is a unique store where person-client is look after who he/she is, not through the value of their pocket. Amit took so much time to educate me of my choices that I actually spend full week on and off in deciding for the car which I'm going to buy. In any given moment I did't felt that Amit rushes me to close the sale or its being distracted to go to another assignment-clinet-sale. He assisted me though the entire process with help of his father Raj as well. Extremely prompt in responding to any of my demands (via text, call, action) and fulfilling them exceptionally. I never thought that will find this kind of exceptional customer service of any auto dealership in GTA. Theo Motors, especially Amit with Raj have proven that great service is out there just we need to find it. Excellent Customer Service! I went into the dealer with past credit issues thinking that there is no way I will be approved for a car loan. I was approached by Damien and went ov I went into the dealer with past credit issues thinking that there is no way I will be approved for a car loan. I was approached by Damien and went over the credit issue thing. At first things were not looking good at all for me but with Damien’s commitment on helping me he got the approval for me after 3 days. Interest rate was decent with my current credit situation. He even got a reduction on the interest rate when I came to pick up the car which impressed me. I would highly recommend Damien. For that he gets 5 stars from me. Thanks Damien!!! More
