Poor quality of work Brought my Nissan Sentra in to the dealership to get the front bumper replaced. Employees were friendly and work was done fairly quickly (within a day). Unfortunately, that is the only positive thing about my experience so far. As I was in a hurry when picking up the car, I didn't notice the big gap between the headlight and the bumper. Will be taking it back again this weekend to be fixed and see how it's going to be handled. More

Excellent Service and Friendly Staff The staff at Nissan are amazing. My husband lost his keys a few weeks ago and we knew they were in the car somewhere but could not find them after se The staff at Nissan are amazing. My husband lost his keys a few weeks ago and we knew they were in the car somewhere but could not find them after searching the car a few times. We went to Nissan intending to purchase a new key which is very expensive but when we explained what happened everyone came out to help us search including the Account Manager and the Sales Manager. With everyone's help we found the keys in a grocery bag in the trunk of the car. I have to mention a few bad points though. The coffee area is not very clean. The fridge is filthy and so are the dispenser for the sugar. The Ladies bathroom is very filthy also and usually doesn't have soap or paper towels. I have seen cleaner bathrooms at a gas station and usually these are not very clean either. Please look into providing more sanitizing provisions in these two areas. This is the first dealership we have visited that have such conditions as they are usually very clean. More

Overall it was fine I went to your dealership as my vehicle required a plastic sheet to be added under Recall service which was only a 1 minute job and overall it took me I went to your dealership as my vehicle required a plastic sheet to be added under Recall service which was only a 1 minute job and overall it took me 1.5 hours at your place. There were only two chairs in the waiting area and were already occupied. Not sure what review are you expecting from me. More
