We had a great experience with Lanie and Raymond. We are happy to have finally met someone who can really help us get our first car here in Canada. We actually wanted a different car in Toyota and waited for 6 months. However, aside from long wait time, our representative was not very accommodating and sometimes condescending. We decided to end the wait and shop around again. We met Lanie. She was able to turn things around for us. We ended up getting Rogue. To our surprise, we are loving this car more. Both Lanie and Raymond were so helpful and accommodating. In just 3 days, we were able to drive our new car home. More

I arrived 9:20 of my 9:30 booked appointment 10 minutes before my scheduled time . And this start the Worst service I ever had when you have to wait for two and half (2 1/2) hours for a reserved/booked app before my scheduled time . And this start the Worst service I ever had when you have to wait for two and half (2 1/2) hours for a reserved/booked appointment specially those coming after me is already gone. And my experience becomes worst when 2879 Sujee Ariyanthan received my key he just mentioned 1 hour waiting ( unusual for a booked appointment) without any mentioning of shortage of manpower. And when I waited patiently after two hours , Sujee which don’t have any customer service explained explicitly with an irritated higher tone voice …” 1 hour of wait mean 1 1/2 to 2 hours and we have a shortage of manpower, and it’s already at washing”. Not only me the guy after me also complained under his care and we went back inside to wait. But after 30 mins. I went back and still not done and everytime I came to his desk he always not there and the other front desk lady keep looking on him. And when he came , he told why can’t I wait like waiting for a doctor and if you can’t wait why not go to smaller garage. I booked Morningside Nissan cause I expect quality to include customer service . In my family doctor’s booked appointment I waited only 15 mins . I waited for 2 1/2 hours for a booked appointment is a worst service I got from Nissan dealership. And Sujee don’t compared the waiting time with doctors especially I don’t pay any medical bills when I’m done but I pay Nissan on the services I ask for. Can anyone in Morningside Nissan explain this new waiting time equivalence and behavioural attitude of your front desk personnel. More

Absolute worst dealership I've ever been to. Been there a few times, and every time I get a bad taste in my mouth from leaving there. Only reason I do go (when I have to) is because it's the closest deal a few times, and every time I get a bad taste in my mouth from leaving there. Only reason I do go (when I have to) is because it's the closest dealership to my house. Most recently I went in just for an oil change and battery test and clean. They told me they would need it for at least three hours. I told them no problem, thinking they just really busy and I would be patient. They decided to do a full checkup (or so they say) on the car and told me the below critical things needed to be done. I took it to another mechanic and had my brother (who is very savvy with cars) look at it and they both said the dealership was full of sh%t. Issue: Brake Fluid dark and level low --> both my second and third opinions laughed and said "The brake fluid is at the top, and is not dark at all". Issue: Brake Rotors developing thick rust ridge internally and pads are extremely dry --> More laughter from my trusted sources who said my brakes and rotors (that were changed 1.5 years ago and I've hardly driven on them) were totally fine. Issue: Throttel body clogged with carbon and burned gas, resulting in limited acceleration power and poor fuel efficiency. --> My brother cleaned it and it wasn't that bad, and for the effort it took for us to get to the throttel body, there is no way they ripped everything apart in 3 hours and checked it. Issue: In-cabin micro-filter dirty --> yes, it was. But I also had one sitting on my front seat on purpose to see if they said anything but they still quoted me $119.00 for a new one and to replace it when clearly I already had one right in front of them. And to top it off, last year when I had both my brakes and rotors replaced there, I left a $40 Yeti mug full of coffee in their waiting area. I called that night to tell them I would come pick it up the next day, and low and behold, they can't find the mug anywhere. I called twice, they "looked" around, and still couldn't find it. They also “lost” my wheel locks from changing my brakes and rotors so when I got my new tires put on, my real mechanic couldn’t put them on so I had to go back to their dealership and they had to give me new wheel locks and then drive back to my mechanic and get them put on. Crooks. More
The WORST place to get your vehicle from. The customer service is so crap. Never ever recommending getting anything from here. And both times they said the system were down or they were getting a new system. I even left messages for them to call me back. Then I wanted to get my contract sent to me as I misplaced my original one. I waited 43 minutes on the phone and never got anyone to talk to. I hanged up and called back and again the person was talking when I got upset about what was happening and they were like giving me orders like he’s the manager. Just because I got the vehicle from you and still paying for means I’m nothing and I get this treatment. I’m not a king or prince but TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS EQUALLY. not who is paying the most monthly. NEVER WVER WILL RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP EVER TO ANYONE. More
If you can, please avoid this dealership, they just there to sell any vehicle disregarding you as customer, and will sell you anything with lots of issues. I’d like to thank Mehtaab Dhillon, the Sales Manager, for his patience and professionalism in satisfying my needs and a no pressure sale with a fair price on the 2018 Nissan Pathfinder SL.
