Terrible experience. Staff is disorganized. Slow to get this moving and get your car ready. Hours are terrible for anyone coming out of Moncton and I would not recommend More

Hey Nadia, I'm really sorry you feel this way. I know there was a hiccup in setting your delivery appointment, but even though you came into town, we facilitated and got the car ready for you. Including over $2,000 in unplanned work that I took care of. Between communicating with you every step of the way, offering lunch, loaner cars, and a $200 gas card for your time, I'm sorry you left feeling this way, and wish you had have communicated this with me instead. I've been here for 10 years and I pride myself on customer service. In fact, you're my first negative review in this business in those 10 years. There has already been a case opened with the General Manager about the disorganization and communication. If there was anything else I could've done, I would really appreciate knowing. In closing, I would like to add that we are ALWAYS available after hours. We come in regularly for appointments for people out of town, and would gladly do the same for you if it made your life easier. If there's anything else I can do, please reach out. Colin Mollins

You personally did great Colin, but your work got under minded when you finance officer emailed me contradicting what we had agreed on. I appreciate your effort to make it right but doesn’t change the disorganization. The car purchases agreement had been made a week prior leaving you with 1 week to do the safety inspection and those $2000 dollars repairs related to it. And complete that repairs when the gasket arrived Monday. Two days prior. The hours offered by your finance officer were limited and not convenient for anyone outside of Moncton. There is no need for this in a world where management should have control of sale and everything can be done virtually including e-signing. Hoping our new Carnaval arrives without any further hic ups as we had to amend that order several times already due to in accuracy in the order made by the seller. Looking forward to a smooth transition for our next car ordered from you already.
