Thank you for sharing your experience Whitney as we are always looking to improve our customers experience. I looked into the appointment to review what could have been done different. Looking at the RO's it appears there was an alignment concern that we were not able to correct during the appointment and for that we apologize. We understand your issue with the "check in time" as it should be referred to as the arrival time. We need to schedule vehicles to arrive throught the day as we only have a limited amount of techs and hoists. After your arrival the advisors do a soft diagnosis to make sure we have the proper technician and parts available for the complaint. Once we have the proper tech available the start of service begins where the actual vehicle repairs are completed. We are always working to improve the process but with complexity of some repairs it is unfortunately not as quick as some want. Appreciate the feedback.

We appreciate you taking the time to leave a review of your experience. I have gone through the details with the salesperson and manager as well as reviewed your call. We have 3 classifications for vehicles being CPOV (certified) that we recondition fully, used (passes MVI but may be high mileage or older) and As-Is which will require repairs so it is sold at a heavily discounted price. As you know your purchase was the later and we encourage our clients to have the vehicle reviewed by someone they trust to make sure the repairs needed are not beyond their scope of abilities. We understand that sometimes people see the very low price of As-Is vehicles and hope they will be be like a fully reconditioned. We can assist in finding you a used light if you want to reach out to your salesperson as I have given them a heads up.

Sorry to hear you were disappointed with your visit Karl. Due the high volume of MVI's completed at Moncton Chrysler we are monitored by the Department of Public Safety with an inspector who reviews the completed MVI's. As a result we do not and would no not let things slip by when it is stated in the New Brunswick Official Inspection Station Manual. The update for June 2021, Section 2.8.2 it clearly states "REJECT VEHICLE IF - brake pads or brake shoes do not have FULL CONTACT with brake drum or brake rotor during application; i.e. corrosion build-up" which was the case. If you which to disciss the decision further we would be happy to assist and you can reach our Service Manager at 506.857.3939 or alternatively the NB Inspector at 506.856.2958.
